Three Dinners, launched in September 2021, is a unique professional development opportunity designed for Senate Chiefs of Staff and other congressional leaders to learn about issues of self-care, stress management, and collaboration in a time of toxic polarization and division. As of Spring 2023, we have reached 42 Senate Chiefs with this programming.

CARE LAB is working with Members of Congress, district staff, local leaders, and grassroots organizations to design off-the-record encounters that encourage real listening and productive bridge-building outside the fray of public town halls.

We are also developing travel opportunities for congressional leaders to build relationships and practice skills of care while visiting each others’ districts and engaging in deep conversation with those who aren’t always heard in the Halls of Congress.
